Shandong Dingxin Electronic Glass Group Co., Ltd. is located in Rizhao City, Shandong Province, China, and was established in 1970. There are 4 subsidiaries in our group co***ny with more than 1600 employees.
We operate 4 furnaces and 13 production lines. 12 lines are automatic IS (Individual Section) machines and one line is manual line. Our products include more than 2000 types of high flint glass wine bottles, beverage bottles, cosmetic bottles, food bottles, and green beer bottles. Our annual capacity is more than 450 million pieces. Our technical team has abundant experience in glass bottle designing and manufacturing. We can make new designs according to customer's requirement.
Our co***ny has independent import and export rights, with an annual output of various types of high-grade, middle-grade, daily-use glass bottles and foreign trade bottles of about 50million. Products are sold in more than 20 provinces and cities nationwide. The foreign trade products are exported to the world on five continents over 20 countries and regions and well received. In 2010, about 8 million Yuan was invested in po***rocessing center, so that it could have the ability of bottle spray color, high and low temperature decorated, heat-transfer printing and screen printing to meet the growing demand for high-end wine packaging.
On August 18, 2011, the new brown bottles pharmaceutical packaging production line went into operation smoothly. Scientific raw materials and the furnace which won the national energy-saving award improved melting rate and ensure the color stability. Equipped with the four domestic first-class double drop, three drops of full automatic mold bottle production, testing and heat shrinkable packaging line, our co***ny has added new strength for the pharmaceutical packaging industry with the daily output of 60 tons, an annual output of brown bottles including 5-200ml Penicillin bottles, tablet bottles, essential oil bottle, oral liquid bottles of 400million to make a contribution to the growing demand in
